Comprised of pure organic skin supporting nervine herbs, such as yarrow and chamomile, this facial steam is ideal anytime your mind needs to slow down and reset before bedtime.

To Use

  1. Scoop 2-3 table spoons of the herbs into a bowl and fill with boiling water.
  2. Find a comfortable position to keep your head over the bowl.
  3. Place a towel over your head to tent in the steam.
  4. Breathe deeply and enjoy for as long as you’d like!
